Kyi Lwin confident Myanmar will reach SEA Games final

coach is confident that his team can match their ambition to beat on Saturday evening and advance to the final.

The Young White Angels qualified for the semifinals after winning the Group A campaign against the likes of Indonesia, Singapore, Cambodia and Philippines.

Kyi Lwin, who grabbed the silver medal for Myanmar as footballer in 1993 edition, is determined to lead his team through to the final stage before set on another high target.

“First, I want to appreciate on what [Toshiya] Miura has done with Vietnam so far in this tournament,” said the tactician, who showed his respect to opponents was quoted by Bongdaplus.

“Vietnam are strong team and I know that before the tournament started. But, we have already prepared for the game against them, we are ready.

“We will be heading to the tomorrow’s game with our fully confidence to reach the final round and of course we will work very hard to fulfill our ambition.”
