Inter Milan defender Yuto Nagatomo has made it clear that not only does he want to stay at the Serie A giants, he wants to sign an extension with the Nerazzurri.
“I want to stay at Inter,” the Japan international said on Sunday after conducting his soccer school. “They’re a fantastic club. They are so loved by the fans. I want to compete for the Serie A title with them.”
Nagatomo’s contract with Inter expires next summer. The 28-year-old full-back is reportedly drawing interest from West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League and Schalke of the Bundesliga.
