In our newest compilation, FCA brings you five Japanese players who have made a huge impact in Southeast Asian football.


Kazuo Honma (Laos Toyota)

The 35-year-old veteran is one of the best players in Lao Premier League. After just eight league games, the former Thespa Kusatsu striker has scored 12 goals and made three assists, including a four-goal performance against SHB Vientiane.

In the AFC Cup, he scored on two occasions to bring three draws for the club. Honma is known as a journeyman who has played for nine European clubs, most of them in Hungary, before moving to Laos in 2014.
