Jakkapan: Thailand can learn valuable lessons from defeat to Liverpool

international revealed his enthusiasm after playing for Thai All-Star team against his favourite club, in a friendly match on Tuesday.

Larza Markovic, Mamadou Sakho, Adam Lallana and Divock Origi scored for The Reds at Rajamangala National Stadium in a 4-0 victory, which was their first game of Asian tour.

Despite lost, the 28 year-old winger feels that the Thai footballers can learn some valuable lessons from a defeat to the English Premier League giants.

“At first, I was very happy to have a chance to play against Liverpool, they are a club with great quality. We can learn many things from them,” said Jakkapan was quoted by Goal.

Jakkapan had a decent effort to score for the Thai side in the first half when he took a free-kick from 30 yards, but narrowly missed over Adam Bogdan’s goalpost.
