Jefferson Farfan agrees to join Emirati side Al Jazira

Schalke and Peru winger Jefferson has agreed a move to United Arab Emirates to join .

Al Jazira have agreed a fee with Schalke for the 30-year-old, with Farfan expected to sign a three-year deal subject to a medical.

Farfan, who has attracted the interest of Liverpool and Tottenham in the past, will complete the foreign quota for the new season for Al Jazira.

Farfan joined Schalke from PSV Eindhoven in 2008 and has made over 200 appearances for the club, scoring 53 goals.
