Myanmar have been invited to play a friendly match against the UAE at Al Jazira’s Mohammad Bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi on August 28, according to Gulf News.

The match will be a part of preparation for the 2018 World Cup and 2019 Asian Cup joint qualifiers campaign, where the White Angels have played their first two games with a 2-2 draw to Laos and 2-0 lost to South Korea in June.

Radojko Avramovic’s men will continue their bid to reach Russia with an away game against Kuwait on September 3.

Previously, the Myanmar Football Federation (MFF) has also accepted a friendly proposal to face New Zealand at Yangon’s Thuwunna Stadium on September 7.
