won the Youth Championship with a dominant 6-0 victory over Vietnam in Friday’s final at Laos National Stadium, Vientiane.

The recent success adds another highest achievement for the Thais, set their domination in the South-East Asian football after previously winning at senior level’s AFF Suzuki Cup, U-23’s SEA Games, U-16, Futsal and Women’s championships.

Morever, Young Changsuk‘s victory in Laos was the fourth time they have triumphed in the U-19 finals, overtaking Australia’s place as previous most successfull team and their nearest rival with one title spare between them.

Thai skipper Worachit Kanitsribampen, who is regarded as the most promising talent in Thailand, lifted the individual award after being named as tournament’s top goalscorer with six goals.
