Thailand giants Buriram United have planned to play a charity game while having their pre-season tour in Vietnam, the club’s official Facebook account has informed.
According to the club president Newin Chidchob, Buriram set their sight on ‘the most well-known club in Southeast Asia’ status. Buriram decided to spend their first pre-season tour in Vietnam, the biggest football-lovers in ASEAN.
“We are going to play a charity game in Vietnam next year,” said Karuna Chidchob, Buriram vice president.
There is no fixed date as the organisation takes time to consider arranging key requests, due to Buriram’s busy fixtures, particularly around their League Cup semi-final, which will be held on 21 October.
