The 2016 AFC U19 Championship qualifiers had taken place across Asia and finished in October. FCA provides you top 5 youngsters from Southeast Asian teams.

Irfan Fandi (Singapore)

Irfan Fandi is the son of Singapore legend Fandi Ahmad. In 2013, Irfan was named as one of Goal.com’s Top 20 Southeast Asian Rising Stars. In 2014, he was named as one of The Guardian’s 40 best young talents in world football.

Despite the Singapore teams had many disappointing performances in recent tournaments, Irfan still showed his goal scoring skills as he scored 2 goals in the AFC U23 Championship qualifiers last March. In the AFC U19 Championship qualifiers, he scored 2 goals for Singapore U19 in 10-0 win over Nothern Mariana to help The Lions  finish third in Group H.
