Football Federation (MFF) has appointed former U-19 side’s head coach as their new senior team tactician after sacking .

Avramovic, who commonly known as Raddy, failed to lift Myanmar’s poor performance in the 2018 World Cup and 2019 Asian Cup joint qualifying campaign after he took over the helm in February last year.

The White Angels currently sit on the fourth position of Group G, who will see a potential move to third following Kuwait’s FIFA suspension, with four points from five games.

MFF has immediately gave a mandate to Zeise as a replacement for the Serbian tactician, who reportedly is set to continue his coaching career with the Malaysia national team.

Zeise, 63, is a popular figure in Myanmar football with his impressive achievement when successfully led the Myanmar youth squad to the U-20 World Cup in New Zealand last May.
