New Zealand to play Oman in November

The All Whites will continue their preparations for the 2016 Oceania Nations Cup when they square off against on November 13.

Anthony Hudson’s side will play Oman in the country’s capital Muscat at 3am (NZ time) at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in their third game of the year, as they build towards qualifying for the 2018 Fifa World Cup in Russia.

Oman are currently ranked 102nd in the world – 46 places ahead of the All Whites – and they lead Group D of the Asian World Cup Qualifying second round.

They’re unbeaten in five qualifiers – including a recent 1-1 draw with Iran, who made last year’s World Cup finals, and a 3-0 win over India.
