Korea Republic v Australia - 2015 Asian Cup: Final
has scored again to help win through to the Chinese FA Cup final overnight.

The evergreen Socceroo striker opened the scoring on 17 minutes and also had an assist as Shenhua cruised to a 4-1 semi-final win away at Beijing Konggu.

Ex-Chelsea striker Demba Ba struck twice for Shenhua, with Cao Yunding scoring their last goal in stoppage-time.

After winning the first leg at home 3-2 last month, it ensured an easy progress to the final 7-3 on aggregate.

Shenhua will face Jiangsu Guoxin-Sainty in the two-legged decider next month.

And it will be a huge occasion for the club which is trying to end a 17 year drought without winning a major trophy.

The prize for winning the final would also bring with it a chance to play in next year’s AFC Champions League and a potential match-up against a Hyundai A-League club.
