Coutinho set to return to Myanmar

Tanzanian club Young Africans have revealed that their Brazilian midfielder Andrey will be sold to an undisclosed team in .

Club secretary general Jonas Tiboroha told that the Brazilian will not feature for Yanga in the second round of the Mainland league, for they have already struck a deal with a Myanmar team, which he refuse to name.

“Coutinho is a good player, but he is struggling to get playing time at Yanga, so the technical bench has okayed the club to cash in on him,’ he said.

Tibaroha added: “We have finalised talks with a Myanmar club, which I won’t name today, so we are waiting for the transfer fee.”

The Yanga official also declined to disclose the amount they will get from the Myanmar club.

Coutinho, 24, had a successful stint at when he scored 12 goals for Rakhapura United in 2012 season before joined the Tanzania outfit Young Africans in 2014.
