Foreign clubs are no strangers in Singaporean domestic competitions. They are frequently invited to compete against local sides. Many come from neighbouring countries but even some African and European teams chose to play in . Football Channel Asia looks at five most successful sides among those.

5. Chonburi (Thailand)

Chonburi became the first foreign side to reach final of a Singapore Cup edition as they advanced to the last match of 2006 Singapore Cup before losing 2-3 to Tampines Rovers.
