S-League side Geylang International are poised to make a move for Philippines and Global FC prolific striker Mark Hartmann.
Geylang head coach Jorg Steinebrunner is keen to strengthen his attacking department as star player, Jozef Kaplan is set to leave ahead of the new league domestic league campaign next year.
According to VoxSports, the Bedok-based club had made contact with Global on the 23 year-old’s availability days after the Singapore Cup third-placing match after the striker played in that game.
Hartmann took a part in the Singapore Cup this year with Global, where he scored three goals for the United Football League outfit during the tournament.
Should the transfer were to happen then the England-born forward will become the first Philippines footballer to ply his trade in the Singaporean competitions.
