The Spanish player has denied a rumor linking him with Thai Premier League side Muangthong United, saying his agent hasn’t been contacted by the club recently.
Because there hasn’t been any concrete offer from Muangthong United yet, Manuel del Moral said he would want to focus on playing for his team Real Valladolid, and try to avoid distracting transfer rumors.
A product of Atletico Madrid youth system, he spent 4 years playing for the capital outfit before moving to Getafe and Sevilla.
He also played for Elche and Eibar on loan, helping both clubs stay in La Liga. He left Sevilla to join Real Valladolid in 2015.
The attacker also received a call-up to the Spain national football team in 2011, making his international debut in a friendly match against Venezuela.
Muangthong United has been very active in the transfer market this year. The club landed youngsters Peerapat Notchaiya, Tanaboon Kesarat, Chanathip Songkrasin and Tristan Do from BEC Tero Sasana, and also defender Fabricio from Bragantino.
