Singapore will face Myanmar in an international friendly at the Jalan Besar Stadium on March 24.
The match will serve as preparations for the The Lion’s final World Cup/Asian Cup Group E qualifier against Afghanistan on March 29, which will be held at a neutral venue at the Takhti Stadium in Tehran.
Singapore are third in Group E with 10 points with three wins, a draw and three defeats. The Republic had lost their last two ties, 1-2 against Syria and 0-3 against Japan, at the National Stadium.
Meanwhile, Myanmar are fourth in Group G with 7 points after 7 matches and have no chance to qualify for the next stage of World Cup qualifier.
