The former Spanish striker might join a club this season, local sources reported.

is looking for a new club, having been sacked by in 2014. According to a source close to him, the Spanish manager is looking forward to work in Thai Super League, where he considers to be one of the top leagues in Asia.

It is also reported that Francisco Rodriguez has contacted Thai national team star striker Teerasil Dangda, one of his former players at Almeria, for information regarding the league.

Francisco Rodriguez started his managerial career at Almeria youth system, coaching several youth teams until he was appointed as the first team manager in 2013. However, he was sacked in December 2014 after managing only 2 points from 8 matches.
