According to local newspapers, Colombian striker will be sidelined for at least two week due to an injury he suffered during a domestic league match.

The attacker is expected to miss at least two games: an AFC Champions League away at Pohang Steelers and a league match against Tianjin Teda. He might be replaced by the Brazilian attacker Alan Carvalho, who joined last year.

Alan Carvalho played just two games for Guangzhou Evergrande in the last season due to a serious injury. After the arrival of Jackson Martinez this season, he hasn’t have a chance to play.
