Brazilian striker Bruno Meneghel has left Cerezo Osaka to sign for Chinese Super League club Changchun Yatai, an official source confirmed.
The former Vasco player joined Cerezo Osaka at the start of the season, scoring 6 league goals in 20 appearances for the club. Previously, he had short spells with Chinese clubs Qingdao Jonoon and Dalian Yifang.
Bruno Meneghel is expected to boost Changchun Yatai’s attacking prowess and help them to secure a place in the Chinese Super League. The team is sitting at the bottom of the table with just 13 points from 16 matches, scoring only 11 goals in the process.
