Laos and Timor-Leste national teams will participate tin the 2016 AFC Solidarity Cup after getting knocked out of the 2019 AFC Cup qualification stage.
The 2016 AFC Solidarity Cup will be held in Malaysia from November 2 to November 15. There will be a total of eight national teams participating in the tournament.
This is the first edition of the AFC Solidarity Cup, which is created to replace the now-dissolving AFC Challenge Cup.
Other than Laos and Timor Leste, Brunei national team will also participate in the tournament.
