Anderson dos Santos has left Chonburi FC, ending five years spell in the Chonburi Stadium.
The 29-year-old Brazilian defender shocked the Sharks supporters by the farewell word in his personal Instagram. He is leaving the club after a 5-year-long period at the most famous club in the East.
“From today I’m not a player of Chonburi,” said Anderson.
“It will be a different day, it will be the end of a cycle that has run over five years. I was part of my life. God has given a great chance to me for being the part of the history of this club.”
Anderson moved from Buriram to Chonburi in 2012. He played more than 100 games for Chonburi in the span of 5 years.
